Technical support issues with the EMR system will be triaged by mindSHIFT to ensure that the issue is isolated to the EMR solution and then escalated to the software vendor for final resolution. Example: Customer utilizes an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) solution from a third-party vendor that is under a technical support contract. In the case of third-party software covered under a support contract with mindSHIFT, a valid support agreement between the Customer and the software vendor must exist.Therefore, technical support issues that cannot be resolved with Office 2010 require that the software be upgraded to the current version. Example: Microsoft moves all versions of Office prior to Office 2013 to End of Support.
